Strategically positioned in Boston’s newly titled Innovation District, Greentown Labs provides a convenient and easily accessible address for its resident companies – 3.5 blocks from South Station, on a high‐visibility street, and less than 1.5 blocks from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Facility

Greentown Labs has secured 17,500 SF of versatile workspace in a historic building that played an important part in Boston’s industrial economy. We’re redesigning it to meet the needs of our early‐stage clean energy companies. In addition to low‐cost office space, member companies gain access to a machine shop, shared tools, and common electronics lab. Our space can accommodate an additional 4‐8 early‐stage companies, with vertical and horizontal expansion options that will allow Greentown Labs and its member companies to take additional space as needed.
